What materials are the jewels made of?
All our products are made of stainless steel.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
Our stainless-steel pieces are waterproof and durable. However, to maintain their shine, we recommend
removing them before showering, swimming, or going to the sea. Avoid contact with perfumes or lotions.
Skin pH may alter the natural color of the material; we cannot be held responsible for long-term changes.
How can I take care of my charms?
All charms are made of stainless steel. Those with rhinestones are more delicate, so avoid accidental
impacts. Always store your jewelry in the provided pouch.
What if I notice a problem with my jewelry?
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order by writing to orders@paolinaroma.com
Claims made after 14 days may not be accepted.
Can I choose the distance between charms?
No, at the moment custom distances cannot be requested. Each piece follows our tested and approved
design standards
Should I inspect my parcel when it arrives?
Yes, please check your parcel carefully at the moment of delivery. If the package looks damaged, tampered with, or lighter than expected, refuse the delivery or ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery slip before signing.
Once the parcel has been accepted at delivery, the seller cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items reported afterwards. We will still review each case individually. Just write us at orders@paolinaroma.com.
