How much does shipping cost?

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees may apply. Any additional charges are the
customer’s responsibility.
Can I add more charms to my bracelet later?
Currently, extra charms can be added only at our boutique in Rome, Via Urbana 122.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for urgent orders within 24-48 hours. For full details, please check our Shipping Policy.
Should I inspect my parcel when it arrives?
Yes, please check your parcel carefully at the moment of delivery. If the package looks damaged, tampered with, or lighter than expected, refuse the delivery or ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery slip before signing.
