How long does it take to prepare my order?

From the moment we receive your order, preparation time ranges from 7 to a maximum of 10 working

How long is my bracelet or necklace?

Can I buy individual charms?

Currently, individual charms cannot be purchased separately. However, you can enjoy the experience of
creating your own customized piece.

Can I return or exchange my order once received?

Unfortunately, customized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I change the position of the charms after placing the order?

Any modification requests must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. After that time, no further
changes can be applied.

Should I inspect my parcel when it arrives?

Yes, please check your parcel carefully at the moment of delivery. If the package looks damaged, tampered with, or lighter than expected, refuse the delivery or ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery slip before signing.

Once the parcel has been accepted at delivery, the seller cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items reported afterwards. We will still review each case individually. Just write us at orders@paolinaroma.com.
