How can I take care of my jewelry?

To maintain their shine, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or going to the beach. Avoid contact with perfumes or lotions. Skin pH may alter the natural color of the material; we cannot be held responsible for long-term changes.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Preconfigured pieces are in stock and shipped within 48 hours. Custom-built creations take 7 to 10 working days. For full details, please check our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union. These charges are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. If they are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we refund your order minus the original shipping cost, which we already covered and which varies by destination country.

Should I inspect my parcel when it arrives?

Yes, please check your parcel carefully at the moment of delivery. If the package looks damaged, tampered with, or lighter than expected, refuse the delivery or ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery slip before signing.
